Treetop Wars Created by Pyremius Supported Gametypes: Treetop Wars Map Description Treetop Wars is a map in which you and your friends spawn on top of one of all (but one, it was too high for me to place a spawn point there) of the treetops in the map, Valhalla. The objective of the game is to kill the other players on the treetops (inside of the hill) so that they die and they are no longer inside of the hill, until they respawn (which takes about 3 seconds). To make things a bit easier, there is a waypoint about everyones head so it is easier to find the enemy. There are occasions, however, where you do fall off of the treetop. If you do fall off, you will not be inside of the hill, thus not getting any points. If you do fall off, though, there are 8 teleporters scattered on the ground of Valhalla. If you go through them, you will be teleported to a lone crate in the middle of the map, inside of the hill. The problem is, is that you are in the middle of the map, the most easily spotted point inside of the hill (moral: don't fall off the the treetop). This gametype is great for 2-10 players. I don't know how it is for anymore people because I have never played this gametype with more than 10 people. Treetop Wars overview These are the boundaries of the hill Action shot, only one Tips -You CAN jump and not fall off (trust me it works)! -Remember who killed you and where he/she was, it will give you the edge of knowing exactly where the enemy is when you spawn when he still has to look for you -Remember: YOU DON'T GET POINTS ON THE GROUND. There has been countless times where people fall off of the tree and stay down there. JUST DON'T DO IT! -It takes two shots to kill an opponent, so whenever you have the chance, go for the head. Get creative! You could have the skull throbbing, paranoid action of a spartan laser or a rocket launcher (or both!), or the heart pounding, fast-paced action of a battle rifle set on instant kill (tons of fun!), even try the fiesta style of random weapons, just hope you don't get horrid weapons (ie. shotgun and a sword as secondary). Wow. This is pretty original. But, could we have some gametype details? I see a sniper in one pic, but is that default. Standing around on trees killing people might also get boring after a while. Other than those things, nice map!
Original idea, kudos to you. However, I can see shooting stationary people with a sniper rifle getting boring fast. How about this idea: Gametype: Damage: 0% Starting weapon: anything as long as doesn't explode Grenades at start: none Map: Place a plasma nade at every treetop and the box. Now look at one of the nades, press X twice and set the minimum amount as high as possible (so it is the same as the maximum amount). Gameplay: Now everyone has unlimited stickies, and they should try to stick eachother to knock eachother of the treetops. I think it's a lot more fun than sniping. You may have the idea, but I would like you to give credit. Also, PM me if you don't want to make it.
NOT original , sorry. I made a similar (sorry, and much better) map to this one. But you could build a lot more stuff on the map. So its not just people standing on top of trees.

It seems pretty good for a map that is in Pre-DLC probably a lot more origonal then most maps on vallhalla. Sorry ^^ I cant take that comment seriously unless you post a link to the map. Great job. love the idea
