I just had an idea for your train dilema... If you don't end up actually making a train on trakcs, you could do soft-kill zones. I know you said that already, but here's the twist. You could set up multiple soft-kills along that track, never overlapping, and with some gaps between them. Make sure that if someone wants to run all along the whole track, that they can't make it the whole way w/o stopping in an exposed position that isn't great for camping. One Kill-zone all the way down the track would probably kill the player by the time he/she ran across it fully. Just a thought.
Sorry to everyone interested in seeing this map soon, but I'm gonna be rebuilding it on Forge Island. As much as this map fits Ravine's terrain, I still had to make alterations in order to get it playable. However, Forge Island is going to give me more freedom to complete this map w/ more accuracy so I'm gonna have to rebuild it.
Could you still put this in your fileshare, I´d like to see this and how you made certain parts of the map. I´m also waiting for those new forge islands to start forging again.
