I like the coloured border, but I get a feeling with this sig as if the render was just placed on. It doesn't seem to blend that well.
Definitely not your best work. Needs blending, lighting, flow,and depth. Currently, it seems as if you have placed a render on top of a blue background with few star brushes on glow.
