Ok I was playing about on forge with a couple of mates and I found these two screenshots in theatre whilst looking for completely different screenshots, most of you have probably seen ones like them before but I thought I might as well post them for anyone who hadn't.

They're way too bright, and honestly, the names make the least amount of sense. I would definitely recommend making them less spectacular light-wise and focus more on capturing some sort of focus to bring the picture all together, instead of having a slight bit of stuff that looks ice in both pictures near the bottom.

well they weren't staged so I never worked on the lighting and the names were just what I thought most fitting to the colours. The top one ( I think anyway) looks like a desert with a trail of smoke moving through it, and the bottom one looks like a snow covered mountain, I probably wont be doing them again as this as I stated was just an accident which happened to turn out some screenshots that I liked and wanted to show some people

Just because they weren't staged doesn't mean that you can't have good lighting. You also have to be able to accept criticism. You can't just backpedal and say "Oh, I just wanted to share these," as soon as someone leaves a negative comment. Bullshit. Not everyone is going to like it, and you have to deal with both and improve on your screenshots in the future. That's what posting to this forum is about. Constructive Criticism and improvement.

    End rant.
