GT: KeeLoker Map: Operation: Tidal Wave Gametype: Standoff Players: 12 Description: Old school linear infection map set on Riptide. Changes: - Adjusted the spawn times of the infected to make it less overwhelming for the humans - Added more waypoints to inform the humans of where the infected can come from - Decreased the amount of time it takes to wait for the 1st door and the elevator - Changed the traits of the infected to make it more interesting to play as them: - Alphas are stronger than the regular infected but don't move as fast. They are able to ground pound the humans but it is used more to confuse and close the distance on the humans rather than deal damage - Regular infected are fairly weaker than their Alpha counterparts but are able to use thruster twice in quick bursts to try and juke out the humans; however, the recharge delay on it is fairly long so use it wisely. Hopefully this will make it more balanced and provide more interesting gameplay for both sides. I do expect some tweaking will be needed to be done on the traits after testing.

@L1MN0DR0MUS The spawns seemed to be weighted weird. I dont know if you changed settings or if the spawns are too grouped up but most players reported respawning in the same spot over and over again. Additionally, players can jump behind the Elite statues in the bases and fall out of the map. I think that's on Blue side but check both. I think in all bases you can get stuck behind them. The environment reskin was a neat idea and parts of it look good and in-place but the base exteriors are super plain. Like almost obnoxiously so.

My hopes for these changes are to reduce the amount quick flag caps, and as a result, quick matches.
