Test Me Out 1v1 Published it earlier today Gravitas v6 HCS point https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/...tspartin_16728d59-c9c9-4eb4-8e56-46ee26dfb2c4
Mjolnir 4v4 Slayer Link The one that looks like Mark V. Cortana's having some war games fun. Haven't tested it yet.
I apologize for the delays and difficulties last night. If you were watching or tried to watch, you saw it was quite the fiasco. I had to eventually resort to streaming directly from the Xbox, so yeah, 30 fps. Haha @I Crush All , we played Dominion on Guillotine last night. This is during the part where issues were common, so you might notice some weird things with the recording. @GrayishPoppy210 , This is the Cryolite. Likewise, you might notice issues with the video. @BeardlessBen @HerrMittmann @icyhotspartin , Here are you masps. After we switched to streaming straight from the Xbox @GrayishPoppy210 , your 1v1. Stream crashed before we played it
Thanks for testing my map again man! Watching that tie was funny as hell. Think it may actually play better as a doubles map perhaps... hmmm. Will take the feedback on board and probably make some edits in due course. Working on a new 1v1 atm though
Thanks for the playtest @Ascend Hyperion ! Overall I'm glad the consenses of the Game type was good if you have any opinions/feedback you think would improve the gameplay please message me! Everything below this point besides the last 2 paragraphs are answers to questions asked mid game like point intervals and REQ weapon explanations The reason I have been using REQ varient weapons and vehicles is that I feel some of them change up gameplay in an interesting way, and also that some impower the player without making them completely OP. For example the Vespin Warthog (while the rockets fire a bit faster) it is a overall downgrade from the OG rocket hog because it actually has less splash damage and range making it bad for CQC engagments mostly. And for weapons like the Echidna it is a substitute plasma pistol while also being a worse hydra (takes 3 direct hits to kill & 6-8 splash rockets) Time intervals in the game type are 7 seconds to capture while the point time is 10 seconds for 10 points (Some of these times may be a bit off because I haven't worked with the game type in a while been down on internet for about 1 1/2 months) The weapons spawn intervals are on 2 separate point values in Alpha and Charlie; every 60-90 points a weapon will spawn for both bases ensuring both teams have a balanced experience for their main bases. In bravo these times are slightly different by about 20-30 seconds (from the highest value) Powerups: These spawn every 120-160 points at Bravo ensuring that the holder of the Bravo base has a way to push out to a main base if they are held in there, also if they want to hold it better of course. Vehicles: These spawn primarily at Alpha and Charlie with the exception of the one Vehicle that spawns every 180-210 point at Bravo. The main bases have 1 vehicle on point interval and 1 initial vehicle (at least on guillotine). These vehicles spawn on a 120-180 point scale depending on the map and or vehicle that spawns at Bravo. The main point of the "Main Base Vehicles" and (sometimes the weapons) is to be an mostly effective counter to the Bravo and Opposing Main Bases vehicles and weapons (Mainly Bravo) to ensure well forged gameplay and a chaotic environment allowing the player to both feel never out of the battle but also to give the player the feel of chaotic-ness/power in their hands in order to make the game type fun for the majority of players. The lack of "Dominion Turrets" I took then out because of 2 reasons; one reason is most people found them slightly annoying, but the main reason (reason number 2) is piece count on some maps can't support the game type if turrets were added. Thanks for reading all this (if you did that is) this was pretty much just a summary of the remade game type intervals and reasoning. Thanks again for the playtest, feedback and (hopefully) future feedback! -Crush All
Gt: Nivalack Map Name: Accumulation A symmetrical 8v8 btb map that works with slayer, ctf, and assault, I don't have any preference on what game mode it's tested with. Link: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/...Nivalack_47192ac2-3e70-447c-9c7a-15354f925241 This is a map I've been working on from watching guides, tips, and tutorials online and have play tested a little with friends, but forge is something still new to me, so I figured any chance for feedback is only a step forward. Hope you can have fun on it!
Got one for the 1v1 contest. No name at the moment, just a generic title until I decide on one I like. Link
it's me again Gravitas v7, this time featuring the 'Gornball', more spawns, cooler weapon balancing, and better sightlines - read the manual to understand it might change a couple things here and there, but otherwise it'll be like this on Thursday https://www.forgehub.com/maps/gravitas-v7-onward.5588/
Map: 1v1 2.0 Gametype: 1v1 contest gametype Desc: layout has had little change but basic lighting and aesthetics have been added with a similar theme to Cryolite. Also weapon set has been changed. Link: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-gb/...Poppy210_46efdac2-90ce-4d80-a1c8-a61c705a3be0 Map2: Magma 2.0 Gametype: 1v1 contest gametype Desc: new 1v1 map in a volcano. Some basic aesthetics are present. Link: For some reason it only shows up on my files/bookmarks on Xbox and not on halo waypoint so I cannot give link. Let me know if you have any problems accessing the map and I'll try to find a fix.
Gamer Tag: BarrenFatal Map: The Catacombs Link: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-ca/...renFatal_38554423-79e3-4aa2-84a7-ca8f2ee88c0b Game Type: RY9 Outbreak Link: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/...rub Mask_2b0abda8-4e37-4fa4-ba8a-12c784477db2 Player Count: 12 Same map, just a very different 2nd phase area that helps prevent the infected from funneling from the same area. I also changed the spawning area a little bit as well. I also added a rail gun in the second phase and a few more other weapons to help supply those who run low on ammo. Hopefully it is much better. Thanks
Gamer Tag: Sikamikanico Map: Keystone Link: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-gb/...mikanico_fa4e41c0-75bf-4060-ac9b-b58c46c3b052 Game Type: 1v1 / 2v2 Player Count: 2-4 1v1 is the priority for testing, unless you really wanna play it more than once. Biggest question is how easy it is for a player to realise how the gimmick of the map works (The keystones) and are the weapon choices good for a 1v1 environment - hope you enjoy it.
GT: MULLERTJE Map: WHITECHAPEL wip Description: LONDON, AUTUMN, 1888. Gametype: 1v1 slayer (no radar, no AR starts) Link: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-gb/...ULLERTJE_fed0a52c-8378-43a6-9c3d-19cbec0a9611 Note: Early and rough blockout with some aesthetics.

Ryouji Gunblade Mjolnir 4v4 Strongholds Link The one filled with Combat Evolved nonsense. Need to see how strongholds holds up.
guess what, I did change some things in fact there is a new link https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/...tspartin_c39f6964-05aa-42eb-ae1e-eca7047e23c8 weapons have been rebalanced, AGAIN padded hydra and closed fist (boltshot), both on 240 second spawns the gornball now features fire instead of explosions - will need to clean it up a bit this afternoon so its ready for testing tactical mags replaced with carbines damage boost has a longer spawn art retouches and framerate slightly fixed please test for 1v1 AND 2v2, I'd really like to know how the gameplay changes, and whether the ball is an effective addition to both/either player counts Thanks!
el Dunco Druid https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/...el Dunco_5552df92-f04f-4bbe-99f3-9d9bfab3ef86 1v1
I also have a 1v1, but I'm gonna do something crazy and submit a map that is not 1v1. Map - Heorot Mode - Extermination Players - 4v4 I have to take my girlfriend to the doctor, so I may be cutting it close on the lobby start time. But when you see me online I'll be happy to help test. EDIT (Sept 7) - I submitted this map after the deadline last week, don't worry about putting it in the rotation this time. It's my fault for adding it late and I've tested what I wanted to test since then. Go ahead and skip it.
Map - High Garden Mode - 2v2 Duel (My Files) Description - The Wealthy were thrown into their paradise, with nothing but a word to guide them. Fight. Just looking for overall feedback. Map has been test for the past few months and about time it was released.
I did mention how magma 2.0 will not appear on halo waypoint for some reason which is why there is no link. However the map should still be accessible by just looking at my bookmarks or files (will need to check this) as I can access it and it's search visible. I don't know if you know any fixes for this problem but if not can you just access the file from my bookmarks next week. Thanks
@Ascend Hyperion of course I watch the streams! Every Friday morning - I have a list of things to fix based on the feedback, it's all good criticism as far as I'm concerned as far as the orb of fire goes, please check up on the map's FH page to get an idea for how it's supposed to work (I am very aware of the melee problem, me and (mostly) ExTerrestr1al are cooking up some potential fixes for it, but yeahhhhhhhhhhhh, it was mostly meant for my other map you tested last week (all the powerups are gone from that one, don't worry)
