Well, here you go. I started this map with no planning, so I feel it's not the best I can do, but great nonetheless. 14 hours total, and even includes the reflection pool in the front! Here are some pics: (Click to DL) Note: Updated, with dome change.

Here is a comparison of the actual taj mahal to the forge one: vs. Here is my take on this- If you would have spent a little more time planning/forging, this map would have been great. One thing that may have made the map better, would be to increase the size of the actual structure. Also, the towers on the outside should have been made out of something like columns instead of tubes-too bulky. You could have been a lot more accurate with the building of this map. The thing that i really dislike is the main dome. That is the one thing that really makes the taj mahal stand out, and is its most recognizable feature. Overall-Make it bigger, fix the towers, and make the dome recognizable.
Circle structures are very hard to make and take more time and stuff to build them. im suprised he got this far
...they take more time and stuff... Yes I realize that circular objects take longer to make. I'm just saying that the dome on top is one of the most recognizable parts of the taj mahal. Im not saying he didn't do a good job, I'm just saying what parts could use work and how he could make the map better. If everyone just wrote about what he did good, he wouldn't get anything out of it. Im just trying to put actual thought into my posts
The building is very impressive. But the rest is very dissapointing, not be a jerk. It would have been impressive if you got the dome shape to it. I know it takes time and patience but thats pretty much what forgings about. Mabe you could make the pool longer, dome shape, and fix the towers up a bit. 3/5
To be honest, I just wanted to finish the map before the contest was over. Personally, I take a whole lot more time on a map before posting. I know the dome could've been much better, but again, I was focusing on completing it. If there's a demand, I will make a V2.
