Looks pretty decent. I don't know if it effects the gameplay but from the looks of the screenshots, I think there's a few bumps, you might wanna try fixing them.
From looking at the map, I can tell immediately that: 1. You didn't bother to use techniques like interlocking or ghost merging in some places. 2. There a several bumps and/or irregular sections that will affect gameplay. 3. The racetrack seems extremely cramped and seems to be impossible to have a higher speed racing experience on it. From DLing and racing the map: 1. Several bumps did affect gameplay negatively. 2. The racetrack is extremely cramped and difficult to race on. However, I like the idea you tried to use here. Perhaps someone could take it in and reiterate it in a better form? Overall, an average racetrack. Average is something the racetrack forum frowns upon now, because all tracks, no matter how smooth you make them, are completely average in that they introduce no new aspect of racing. Make a map that does so, and you'll be getting a lot better reviews.
I probably shouldn't say it out loud but I was just given an amazing idea. A new form of VIP racing. Well anyway, I have yet to download the map and so far it looks terrible and incredibly bumpy. I am glad you tried to take peoples' minds off of it by a few pleasing things here and there. For example, the big SIINC part is pretty nice. I will give this a try.
Thats some wild parking lot. 4/5 Glitches are found in this map as said above It should be a Racetrack than rather a mini game. good map
