The Last Level

still havent been able to play this either SADFAYSE 2

 

only thing i dont like about this is how u have to have alot of ppl to play with. but when u do have the ppl, IT ROCKS!

 

how u get the VIP to spon in a certain spot but not have the rest of his team spon there?

 

this is one super original map. doesn't even feel like halo anymore (in a good way)

 

so the boss spwns near the tank first
then in the room with the crates and CP?
or in the grav lift room?

 

really fun with a full game

We could not find a way to stop players from getting out of Level 2. we noticed that they started getting out too, so we moved the grave lift far enough back so that you couldn't destroy it, only problem was the respawn traits gave everyone speed (so they can run through the first level quicker after death) which allowed people to simply push their way through the grav-lift. Seeing no other option we just went with them being able to break it, as its less obvious then being able to run past it.

And no the grav-lifts can't be on instant respawn because we have a timed one that moves a create out of the way opening up a second recover in the second stage that connects to the classes. Along with a container that spawns on top of the recover in the first stage it causes player to go directly from Classes to Second stage.

I actually made the barricades so that if you really try you can get through to the Classes, because every once and a while we have some one who is either Away or they think that its a good idea to stay in the classes instead of actually playing because they think that the boss will never get them that way.

The map map look incredibly awesome.

 

I played this with my cousin and i dont know what happened but he spawned in stage 3 instead of 2 which ruined that game,but when i played again after that it played great in fact spectacular, it has a great feel to it when you beat the boss a few times

That was fantastic. What a great concept. I really wish bungie would rotate in some of these kinds of maps on maybe a random game type play list. That would be sweet.

By the way.. That movie was fantastically well done.

 

agreed, very good well put video. Most of them only show a very quick, sloppy and don't shows the flaws in it, but this one doesn't seem to have any flaws and is well put together and not too quick.
