    Oh, and this is embarrassing, but earlier in the thread I was talking about Guillermo Del Toro, and I forgot to mention that he also worked on the design for the Halo movie, back when that was still actively being a thing.

    I probably should have mentioned that first. But it honestly just slipped my mind.

    I agree. The resolution of the 360 was amazing when you saw the intricate details of the forerunner architecture in the textures of Narrows, Valhalla, or Guardian. The problem since has never been resolution but visual noise by the 343 artists who simply want to create paintings rather than maps. I am certain the 343 engineers will want to show their skills of making a 4K resolution image of the maps to help the artists show their paintings.

    I've been playing through the campaign lately, and I think this game looks really good. I like the new art style, I don't see what people keep complaining about.
