Ok I just got the game today, and it's great. I'm already level 10, even though I was already like 15 on beta, but either way it's great. Post how you think the game is and if you need help or something!

I got it today but haven't had a chance to play it. What are some of the better maps? I mainly got it for the 4 player co-op campaign and the zombies.

    I liked Cliffside alot
I just kept emptying sniper rounds into the other team over and over again. It was awesome.
The starting sniper rifle is really good

I know I did. I got out of school today. Got a text from someone asking if I was getting it. I told them they were an idiot and it didn't come out for like 5 more days. I was so surprised it came out today.

I'm serious, I may not get around to seriously playing some of these games for months. And then I'm getting Fable 2 and Fallout 3 for xmas.

Bah, I just bought the game. So far I am not digging campaing, Ima give it a little bit more time, but other than that, im somewhat not feeling it so far. I havent had a go at Multiplayer, but I can already figure out what to expect having played the beta for a while.

All in all, Im just gonna wait for Infinity Ward to get on its mighty horse again, I know THEY wont let me down.

I've been playing it for awhile, and it's definitely not CoD4, but I think it's still better then CoD 2&3, The campaign takes a while to get into, but during the Russian part is where it starts to immerse you alot more. As for the multiplayer, I got to lvl 20 in the beta, but now I gotta start over... Oh well, I'll just beat the campaign first so I can get **** ZOMBIES!!

Edit: Finally beat it... just waiting for the damn credits to scroll. Story wasn't that bad, It is still a welcome addition to the Call of Duty family in my books.

    **** ZOMBIE TIME!! :D

Drawing, why would you bother with gears out?

I preordered this, but I haven't gone to get it yet. I don't know if I want to bother. I got to like 25 in the beta, it was okay, but I can see it losing luster quickly. Though I do get that level 64 gun or whatever, hmmm..

Toochie wanted to buy it, Shes not that fond of Gears as me, and she rapes at call of duty, so yeah.
Im too lazy to pass campaign by myself, what really pissed me off is the split screen mode, its ****en stupid, It gives you a much smaller screen than what you already have, its impossible to see anybody, and my tv is like 50 inches big. I really only bought it to try zombie mode. I guess Ill give it a try again later today.

Oh well that makes sense. Did you like 4? I didn't mind the beta when I play it, I honestly didn't really care about 4, but I think the reason I liked it was because it was just installed on my console, so whenever I wanted to play the beta for a few matches, I'd just exit my currently game load it and go.

I only got this game for the co-op campaign and zombies. Online is pretty much a replica of CoD4 with a different style. The vehicles are the only thing that make online different, and quite frankly, I hate them.

I love call of duty 2 and 4, their campaigns are ****en epic. 3 and WaW seem to try to use the same elements as those too but fail for some reason, It just doesnt appease to me, which is hard cause I LOVE WWII oriented stuff, its like my favorite history subject.

It works pretty well, but it will definatly change CoD. Any game I went into today, no one was talking because everyone was in a party chat.

Sorry man, but if you liked Call of Duty 4, you should like this game. Multi is very similar, with a bunch of new perks. Campaign still has that great immersive feel that all COD games have, plus 4 player co-op is a blast. Also, with the addtion to zombie mode, which is very challenging and intense, it seems like if you like COD, then you would like this game. Its a true COd game.

Sorry for the double, but the last post was a total different subject, so infract if its truley needed.

    Favorite Weapon/Class:
So far i have been loving the MP40 with an aperture. It has great damage, and the range, if shot in small bursts, is really good. For classes i use Steady Aim, x2 bazooka, and stopping power. For the vehicle perk, i don't even care, i don't usually use vehicles.

I also like sniping, but it just isn't has awesome as COD4 ssniping, which can be a good thing, because COD4 was just all snipers, and all M16, which was ver annoying.

    Campaign
So far i beet it with a friend on competition mode and it was a lot of fun. I love the point system, not to mention all the cool death cards [similar to Halo 3 skulls] The one when you can shoot paintballs instead of bullets is so funny. We beat it in a few hours, and my favorite mission was the last on when you storm Berlin.

Single player was a lot of fun, in a different way. In co-op, they had to cut out a few missions, and cut out the cutscenes, but in single player they are all there. The cutscene are all really cool typography, mixed with actual ww2 footage, which give them a very unique feel. Out of the missions you can only play in single player, the Black Cat one was the best. Its the one when you are in a plane, and you keep switching turrets to shoot down boats. Its amazing.

    Zombie Mode
Please do not compare this to gears, for many reasons taht iwon't get into.
**** zombies is just great. Just incase you don't know, you unlock it when you beat the single player campaign not co-op.

You are put in a building, designed after one of the building in the multi map called airfield. You start of with 500 bucks and a crappy pistol, when you kill zombies, you get points, and when you repair windows that zombies broke, you get money. With this money you can buy new guns, unlock new areas of the house, buy ammo, and my personal favorite, buy a mystery weapon. A couple of friends and i only got to level 13 or 14, and trust me, it is hard.

    Multiplayer
Multi is very similar to COD4s. Same gametypes, with the addition to new ones, like CtF from COD2. Also new perks, and the sad addition of vehicles.
Most of the maps are great, but my top 3 are:
    1. Dome
    2. Cliffside
    3. Hanger
