this, that **** made me feel things i hadnt felt in a long time

 

The asian food I ate last week made me feel things I hadn't in a long time too.

Now, jokes aside, I started watching ano natsu de matteru and am left thinking, "How did aliens sneak into my slice of life/school anime?" While its not bad, I REALLY am confused why it was neccesary to put aliens in the mix.

 

If I had to choose which anime had the most impact on the way I think, it would be between Angel Beats or NHK. I might also include Ano Hi Mita, though that one was more sad than influencial.

I remember Ano Hi Mita and Clannad almost bringing me to tears. Those are two extremely sad anime, especially the latter. There was some sad parts in some of the others, but nothing to cry over.

The ending of Code Geass nearly made me cry.

Only ones I got remotely sad over were, Gurren Lagann and Pokemon.
Episode 9 of Gurren, and when they all separate at the end of Pokemon Johto.

 

I suppose I could understand somebody crying for Toradora. The ending wasn't all that sad, but some parts in between were.

I'll admit, the episode where butterfree left to do his mating thing was sad.

Just for reference, Dokuro is a short, ecchi and comedy anime. There are only eight episodes, each of which are fifteen minutes long. It's funny as hell.
