This. Also, #25 was a horrible person, so his death wasn't heartbreaking at all. I felt sorry for him, though, since his death was a bit over the top.
Finished Toradora today. Must say I was a little disappointed with the ending. Then it made up for itself, but you can't just split people up like that, especially when love is involved. I really enjoyed it otherwise and was a nice break from my usual schedule of fanservice and action. Time to watch some more BRS. Need a new series, someone recommend me one pl0x. You all should know what I like by now. EDIT: Finished my drawing of Lala from To Love-Ru. Will post later tomorrow.
I sound like a broken record. Eden of the East - Complete Series on Blu-ray & DVD 10.19.10 - Anime Trailer - YouTube The Familiar of Zero is another one I'd recommend. The anime itself just ended, but I finished it not too long ago. In your case, there's not too much fanservice but its there -_- .
Sky, I can throw many more romantic comedies at you if you want, having a break from ecchi can be a nice change of pace. Watched the first episode of Kids on the Slope, and it definitely is different from Bebop and Champloo. No doubt in my mind about that anymore, however, it does intrigue me. Watched first episode of Eureka Seven AO, not very exciting, but you can see references back to the original. I need to see a few more episodes to figure if I'll like it as much as the original. Started watching a romantic comedy called "Kimi ni Todoke" the main girl looks like the chick from the ring so everyone calls her Sadako, but she only wants to make friends. Then a guy stands up for her and she starts to like him, so far as I can tell, they both like each other but don't know how to tell the other. I'm about half way into it, and I do like it.
Sky, I recommend Sekirei and Green Green. I'm personally not a fan of either of these because they cross my line when it comes to ecchi. Like Aschur said though, a change from the usual is always nice, haha. I have high hopes for Kids on the Slope, so hopefully I won't be disappointed. Knowing the director, that's probably not going to happen though.
Anyone care to comment on Eden of the East? Just started watching it last night. So far it seems interesting though I have no idea what is going on yet.
When ecchi is a prominant in every episode and takes priority over story progression like in Green Green's case. I guess I can't say that for Sekirei though, since it has a good plot. It's a fantastic, underrated anime and I suggest you finish it. The anime brings a very interesting plot, but the part I like the most is that it wasn't predicatable.
Okay, I HAVE to say this now. Right now, I think that Fate/Zero is going to be the best anime of this entire year. I know I had a really high opinion of it at the end of the first half of it, but after seeing episode 15... holy ****, I doubt anything is going to surpass it this year. Seriously, if you were on the fence on whether or not you wanted to watch it, or never heard of it, go and take a bit of time to watch it. For those who don't know, Fate/Zero is the prequel to Fate/Stay Night which is an older anime released around 2006, so the animation and voice acting is average for what you usually see from around then. However, this is not the case for Fate/Zero, the animation quality is ****ing amazing because they paused the series halfway just to ensure that it was high quality. It may not be what you normally like to watch, but give it a try. Seriously.
Pretty much what basketskate3 just said. If you finish the series, watch the 2 movies that come after it. The series isn't finished if you don't watch them.
Aschur, you've intrigued me. I'll see about watching that after I've finished Boku was Tomodachi. I might have to cancel that though depending on how good the first episode of F/S Night is. Does anybody know about the banned Pokemon episodes? I'll list the episode and why it was banned. Electric Soldier Porygon Spoiler 20 minutes into the episode, there is a scene in which Pikachu stops some vaccine missiles with its Thunderbolt attack, resulting in a huge explosion that flashes red and blue lights. These flashes were extremely bright stroble lights with blinks at a rate of about 12 Hz for about 4 seconds in almost fullscreen, and then for 2 seconds outright fullscreen. Viewers started to complain of blurred vision, headaches, dizziness and nausea A few people even had seizures, blindness, convulsions, and lost consciousness. The Legend of Dratini Spoiler It was possibly banned because guns are repeatedly pointed at people threateningly at several points in this episode, and warning shots are fired, and that editing them all out would be difficult for the story. This may or may not also be banned because of a scene where James and Meowth hold a police-style interrogation. Beauty and the Beach Spoiler In this episode, the female characters all enter a beauty contest. Team Rocket also enters, with James donning a suit with inflatable breasts. One scene of the episode involved James showing off his artificial breasts for humorous effect, taunting Misty by saying, "Maybe when you're older, you'll have a chest like this!". In one scene, he puffs up his breasts to over twice their original size. When it aired dubbed in 2000, all scenes of James in a bikini (about 40 seconds) were edited. That's not all of them, but I thought those were the most interesting.
Finish Boku wa Tomodachi, that **** is good. First episode of Stay Night isn't all the greatest anyways, it gets better as it goes. You could probably get away with just watching Zero and be fine, it does a good job of fleshing things out. Zero is more based on the actual war going on and the fights, while Stay Night is focused kinda on the relationship between the main characters.
Finally started to watch anime again, this time To Love-Ru. I don't think I've ever had a harder time trying to watch anime. With EotE, I always went to one site and the video plays fine. This time, I have to search through like ten different sites to find just a decent player. Hell, as I'm typing this, I'm waiting for episode 4 to load. Anywho, I can't say much about it since I'm only on episode 4, but I think that he should be with Lala instead of that other girl.
I can pm you a link to the site I use primarily, I can't link in here due to the questionable legality of watching streamed anime anywhere that isn't licensed to stream it (such as the site I speak of). They have plenty of mirrors for most of the videos on the site though, some of them haven't been updated since the downfall of mega upload and its siblings. They also have quite the formidable selection of series'.
****ing lol at the "hentai" folder You have quite a lot of stuff that I want. Where do you get it all from??
We don't need to devolve to name calling and arguing again. Who really cares if he watches hentai, or wants to organize his anime "properly" for him? I'll leave it at that.
You're bad enough with name calling. Leave it at that. Anyhow, that is the most anime I've seen a person watch. Kinda makes me feel bad since I watched only 7, soon 8. I'm not sure if there is more anime you've watched, considering hentai can hold many anime, although I'm still not sure.
