Well for one u have to Upload your picture to an image hosting site such as Photobucket, then once u upload the picture to it, take its URL link and stick it in those IMG tags. U cant use the location of the image on ur computer.
To upload link go to bungie.net. Then go to you r profile click the pic you want(inlarged) save to computer pictures. Then go to tinypic.com and upload it there. After that click view large screen then copy it and paste it here.
