Erm, I don't have much on this laptop, but here's something I did something like... 2 and a half yearsa ago deux wip clicky , it's mostly 3dsm stuff, pretty much everything besides the splatter brush decal I added to the red light source, oh and I think I added a curves layer and a brightness/contrast layer. It's a WIP that I never got 'round to finishing

most likely photoshop, maybe MS Paint, but thats a stretch PM the dude, and he'll inform u on all his little tricks, i made my sig in photoshop really quickly
