    Supported Gametypes:
    Team SWAT, SWAT Magnums, ShWATguns, SWAT 2 Flag and SWATball

    Map Description
    Amplified can now be played with SWAT gametypes. I have done a ton of research with SWAT game variants in matchmaking for quite some time now for my Amplified foundry layout. “SWATlified” still carries that high energy gameplay of standard it has always had as a symmetrical 2 base arena map.

    Enjoy a new balanced SWAT map built for hardcore SWAT players.

    Weapons on map with SWAT standards:

    4 Carbines
    6 Plasma grenades
    4 Frag grenades


    Thanks to all friends who tested and also to those with good feedback. If you like Amplified SWAT well enough I’m also posting this at BNet ATLAS for more possible matchmaking variety. All support there is appreciated as well. I hope that I have produced good gameplay variety for many to enjoy.

    Fritzster is the creator of MLG Amplified that you can find in the MLG playlist and otherwise. Amp is a great map and SWAT should treat it nicely, good idea. My only concern is that in MLG Amp you spawn in direct view of the opposing team and in SWAT that could prove to be problematic in objective games. Unless you did already, I suggest making the initial spawns under the base or behind cover. Amp treats SWAT well, I wonder how another well known MLG would treat it like for instance, Onslaught?

    I was just testing this with you this morning. I think it plays smoothly.
    My fav. gametype is the BR start 2 Flag.

    Originally a map made for MLG roughly 8 months ago. I am credited in the MLG Pro Circuit v5 announcement for MLG Amplified. Official MLG Halo 3 Settings v5 | Major League Gaming


    I have in fact inside information from MLG staff that Amplified is averaged with Pro Gamers’ Top 5 maps within MLG's player association polls (Professional Gamers). Spawns are working for circuit play thus far and honestly who knows?

    this map works well for pistols. because the pistol isnt to long range of a weapon. its perfect for the size of the map

    Finnaly! Someone makes a full dedicated map towards Team Swat! My Favorite Game!

    Anyways, The map is clearly interlocked, i especialy like the center platform between both bases, its very well made.

    Overall Rating: 9/10

    I'd say that shwatguns and magnums play best with swatlified. Thanks for play testing with me wheezy you are definitely one of the people who have helped me the most with this.

    Personally, I think they're broken. I have a film on my File Share where a guy will spawn literally in front/behind me. Wouldn't be the first time.

    On topic with SWATlified, the map has new 36 respawn points for SWAT gameplay.

    it might just be me, but the spawns are better in this than the MLG version.

    I felt that way too Wheezy, but you know how they are about change.
