Im extremely impressed how amazing this map looks man, would it be possible for you to post a tut on how to do: -The CAve looking window in pic 1 -The blue lines in pic 3 that outline the walls -The stairs in pic 2 and 8 I'm absolutely in love with these aesthetic features man, so if you wouldn't mind making a tut, I would love to use some of these concepts as inspiration in future maps.
Sorry guys, I didn't see this until just now. The cave is a grid with railings over the guides, then rocks around it. The blue lining is just angled stunt ramps showing only the blue piece. The stairs are just stacked items to look like stairs and then a few pieces with invisible barriers on to make them smooth. I'm glad you like it. Rogue did mostly all the aesthetics.
wow. all I have to say. I checked it out in forge, ran it a few times and have to say the mix between complex aesthetics and smooth gameplay is stunning. I also enjoy the somewhat complex spaces arranged in a simplistic and easy to understand manner, great map, would love more of these, Quake has always been a past favorite, make more!
