Plus his arm and feet are also visible if you look at the zoomed in version. And considering some of the photos people have shown are just a visor or some part barely sticking out of a rock I think the picture wasn't any more unfair. The problem was just probably the resolution.

It's not like the first pic was 320x240 or some low res pic... it was an HD quality pic. I could see the gun clearly, sure I knew where it was but if you look at both pics the gun is obvious in both of them.
