    Coloured Spartans present: 4 (+1 Bonus Elite)
    Colours: Yellow, Orange, Silver, Green, Steel.

    One coloured person has the Active Camoflage and has been converted to an Elite as a bonus. Which colour they were originally is up for you to work out.

    Just to re-iterate, you're looking for 4 Hidden Spartans, and one Active Camoflaged Elite.
