Standoff Race Beta! Bear with me, this is my first map post and my first race map... I have had this race track in my files for a long time, but it is Glimflicker that showed me how to make it way better. He didn't actually show me, but i looked at his map, and i hope none of you call it copying, but i thought his finish line and penalty box were ingenious. I had had trouble getting the finish line to work for awhile and eventually gave up on it, but he did it just right, and don't forget imitation is the greatest form of flattery. This is my first race track and it needs a good amount of work so if there are any pointers you can give me, ill do my best to make it better. I know that the mancannons arent in the best location right now but I hope with a few suggestions that i can get a much better finish line orientation. your map looks sweet. i'd download it, but my heroic map pack doesnt work on my xbox :/ n00b to n00b (on forgehub of course) advice: i learned that "linking to your file-share is a big no no" apparently its in the rules to link directly to the download?
This looks great and its on Standoff. Nice work, and this is also a great first post. I can tell you read the posting guidelines too. Or maybe you didn't and you just pwn. Nice job though.
