Squadron is a semi-symmetrical map set up for team slayer, two flag, and neutral assault. There are two bases and a central structure. Two sections of higher ground curve around the sides of the map, creating multiple passages to the enemy base. The map uses many forging techniques such as interlocking and merging. There are multiple paths on to every structure and the are all interlocked. The map utilizes movable objects on the map as well as the non movable ones. The map has a variety of weapons but not does not abuse power weapons. Battle Rifles also work well to keep the sniper at bay.

I have spent many hours forging this map and many hours more testing it. I do not believe there is any way to break that map but I do not have the breaking skills some people have. I hope you all enjoy the map, it was very fun making and testing it.

I like how this is built and a lot of other aspects, but some things are a bit sloppy and could be fixed like the interlocking of the one merged box and wall. Overall looks very playable though and good for BR matches.

This map is full of interlocking and geomerging. It looks like you put loads of effort into it. I bet you that one day this will be a featured map and if it then i can say i was right. Anyone who doesn't download this does not know an imense map when they see it. :)

Seems pretty sick with some awesome interlocking and geo-merging. Looks like the crates could get launched out of the way, causing lack of a ledge and being inable to climb up to the double-boxes, but I love that in a map. 4/5, Keep it up! I'm looking forward to your next map!

The merges look good, and I can tell you put a lot of time into it, but as said before, it looks pretty open. It's not really my style of map, so no DL, sorry :(

Also it doesn't look like you budget glitched it. I think it could have been better if it was budget glitched. Keep forging though!

The merging looks great but it seems that on the walkways it is too open. I know you put a lot of time into this map because it shows it. Keep forging.

    this looks very clean.
i see a lot of interlocking and some geomerging.
i think it is a bit too open for anything other then some type of slayer match though.
i still think the map itself is great 4/5

I dont like to give number ratings (theyre too overused and have kinda lost their meaning to me) so i just write my comments without using cliched numeric stars. The symmetry is really nice, and I can also see the features in the middle. It shows that you did spend a lot of time with this, and take great pride in your maps. Everything looks smoothed out and the geomerging is equally impressive. The whole thing is clean and no major visible flaws. Qued. I definitely look forward to seeing following maps form you. I just love to see people make clean, smoothed out maps like this, thats how forge should be used. The skippy, jumpy, unsmoothed, and flat-out broken maps rightfully dont deserve recognition, but this does!

you should definitely make an mlg version of the map on the count of its awsome geomerging and mlg style layout.

    x2.
This map has MLG written all over it. The maps that catch me are the simple looking ones with key features and layout. That creates a very tactical styled game. Maps with entitrely too much stuff confuse you on where you are. Great job and you have my DL.

Thanks for all the comments guys, I don't think I'm going to make an mlg version though. I never really liked mlg and I believe the current settings play fine. Thank you again guys.

Hmm this map looks like it could have some potentially great gameplay coming from team slayer or even perhaps swat.

I like the interlocking and the layout in this map, good JOb

love the map. Interlocking is smooth and gameflow isn't to bad either. But I do agree with Solo it could use some decorative touches. Besides that it's close to perfect 4.5/5

Looks pretty good. What interlocking there is is perfect, but it seems like it would get boring after a while, as it's pretty open and there's no real standout feature to the map. I give it a B.

The map might look it little bit open but when you play it there really aren't to many open spots. The some open spots are there for a reason. The ones on top of the walkways are because it would be so much harder to kill people on top if you were on the bottom. It would be almost impossible.

Hmmmmm....not sure. Its pleasing that you have good aesthetics. The gameplay....uhm....I dont know I will have to see that for myself when it is done downloading. All the weapons look balanced. Try to add more stuff. But still, nice map.3.5/5

While your interlocking/geomerging is rather impressive (minus a couple odd angles/corners), I am forced to doubt the playability of this map based off of the pictures (granted, I haven't downloaded it yet, so please don't take my word as final). I see a lot of open ground higher up, which can mean two things: domination from above, as those below can't use grenades; or, players generally avoiding the upper levels because of the lack of cover (a sniper would wipe them from the face of the earth).

Also, there doesn't seem to be any sort of theme carrying this map. Most of the parts work well on their own (again, except for the blank higher floors), but they don't mesh well together. You've definitely got the ability to make an excellent, fun-to-play map, so I would suggest trying to come up with a unifying element before creating a map next time. Before you create a wall/ledge/barrel/anything, ask yourself, "Does this piece combine with the other pieces to make the map better, or is it just fluff to fill up space?" By forcing yourself to only create structures that support the map's original concept, you remove the risk of adding stuff that only detracts from the map's idea.

Like I said, you've got tons of potential, keep it up!
