I'm looking at making a really neat effect at both of my home bases,but I'm having trouble making a smooth spiral ramp from the first floor to the second. Any tips?
You can manually build one if the extra effort doesn't bother you too much. Have a huge cilinder in the middle of where you want your ramp to be. Apply all the 'stair steps' making up the spiral ramp to it whilst working upwards and rounding them up and around it. Remove the cilinder later. If you have trouble understanding my confusing tip, that's okay. Looking up pictures from spiral ramps in real life almost always helps to figure out how to emulate something in Forge.
So would you recommend using the blocks and tilt the flat? I was trying to use the half cylinders but couldn't line them up to make it work.
