    Hello forgers :)

I don't have any experience in advanced forging and i've looked on this forum for an answer but the scenarios just weren't the same as what i'm trying to do.

So my question: Can I, in a 1v1, let the players spawn in a particular order?

    Example:
you start of facing eachother. let's say the DMR battle lasts for 5 seconds. After the 5 seconds I let an object spawn so the player that is still alive can move to the next area by using that object to jump over a wall or something like that. then the player that died HAS to spawn in the area that the other guy is moving to.

and this scenario keeps repeating itself for several areas. so basicly I want a "Tournament Tower" that everytime a battle is fought (1 player out dmr's the other play) the next battle is in a different location. is this possible? I really need some help with this :(

Sorry for my bad english, I hope you guys understand what i'm trying to say

Now, this may be a more complicated approach, but it's the only thing I can think of.

You have to force the spawning, by blocking previous spawns.
So you have your two initial spawns and no respawn points at the start (or one outside the map somewhere in, let's say, a box with a teleporter, which takes you to the next stage if you die too quickly). Once the next tier of the tower spawns, block the first spawn point and have a new one spawn on this tier and continue this pattern throughout however many tiers. I hope I'm making some sense to you.
I can show you what I mean in forge if you don't get it. Just add me on LIVE: Ex I Behemoth.

That's hilarious - I was working on a very similar project a little while ago. You can do it with invasion. A combination of setting up spawn zones (or just adding labels to spawn points) and setting up gated or phased objects should do the trick. And be warned, if you try to phase a teleporter, they spawn and immediately despawn over and over until they're supposed to spawn. Of course, if you find a workaround for that, let me know lol

I'm assuming that he doesn't want a Spartan vs. an Elite. Otherwise that's what I would've suggested.

You could have a block spawn on top of the previous spawn points so that they are forced not to spawn on that one ... But they could end up in a different area idk

It makes sense if you try hard enough...
Just take yours and add spawn points that spawn with each tier.

Thank you guys for your quick responses.
the problem is with blocking spawns is that in the beginning I have to have a spawn in every area, so blocking a spawn after the initial spawn isn't gonna help cause all the other spawns are still there so the person who died might spawn in for example area 8.
I got an different idea though.
I was thinking of using teleporters. so I got 1 respawn and it's in the air. and beneath the respawn point I place a teleporter about 5 meters below the respawn point, so when the player dies he falls in the telleporter and moves to the next area. when te player dies in the second area, so about 15 seconds have past by then, I will let a telleporter spawn at 15 seconds an place it 1 meter above the first telleporter (4 meters below the respawn point). so when the player respawns it will go in the second telleporter (leading to the second area) because he will touch that telleporter first.
do you guys thinks this will work ?
problem is ofcours I can only use 5 areas (or maybe do something like a cycle where at the 5th area they have to back to the 4th and 3th and so on, by blocking the teleporters in backward order)
I haven't tried this yet but today i will try this and let you guys know if this works well. if you guys got any tips on how to do this the best way please let me know :)

I uploaded the testing map I was working on to my fileshare. It's called "Invasion Teleport Test". Run through it on normal Invasion with a guest or something and I think you'll probably gain some insight into your problem, if not a solution.
