Eh, Miraj used it in one of his sigs a while ago for this chalky feel. I tried it and never bothered every changing my smudge tool again. Don't know why.
Too many focals! Remember, always have one focal. You might want to try a different stock, this could be pulled off but it's probably fairly hard. But then again, I've been wrong before. The flow is kind of off, seeing as how the Main Focal (Guy on the right im guessing?) Is going down right, while the flow is going top right. Not much to say other than look at some tuts and keep trying. =)
Haha, yeah. This is only my second work ever done on photoshop by myself, I didn't even expect for it to turn out as well as it did. Yup, the blue spartan is focal, I was kind of wanting to make it both of them but it didn't turn out how I pictured it. Thanks though.
It looks over-sharpened and the colors are a tad blotchy (especially on the blue spartan...). As Gr4phix said earlier, the flow is off because it should be down and to the right. Its an ok piece overall, but I really liked your ODST one and I definitely think that one was better.
