i would personally say the black
im not in the know about those things so i cant help with the font

 

Good depth, the text i would suggest one like Impact.

IMO, it needs more effects.

 

I totally agree with NUTST3R... Needs more effects. I love the 3-D feel to the spartan- gives awesome depth, almost a pop out effect without the actual pop out. And I also suggest Impact (It's my fave font and I use it in most of my sigs lol)

And black border is best is black border jamaica.

It's great, but definitely needs text/more effects. XD

 

I like the black but dont like the blending :\ the guy stands out too much
