Introduction Something other than "hey"...

Hello, my name is Timothy (gamer tag TD51), and I am glad to be here. This looks like a great community (and a lot more civil than the Bungie one, not that that's saying much........) and I am happy to be a part of it.

A bit about me. My hobbies include, Halo 3 (and forge, duh), video games in general (although I'm slightly anti-PS3 biased) and anything having to do with computers. I'm a techie (geek, computer wiz, whatever you want to call it) and have enough programming related books to build a small home... which now that I think about it isn't a half bad idea.... Anyways, I am hoping to go into game programming after collage and in the mean time I am learning to program 2D games.

Favorite game list in no particular order (I realize this is completely pointless but it's about the only other thing I can think of to add to my post )
1. Halo 3
2. Assassin's Creed
3. Portal
4. Halo 1 & 2
5. Mercenaries (old xbox, pointless playground destruction game.)

I'll probably add Merc's 2 when it comes out in April. I'm also looking forward to Borderlands in September.

Enough about me (heck probably too much about me...), I would like to meet some of the people who are a part of this community.

Either way. I'll have to post the map I'm working on when it's done...
