Firewatch: Snow - Firewatch Remake

Lore: The battle of Firewatch (original map) has resulted in abandonment of the area. Winter has taken over and it's punishingly cold... But that's only the beginning!

Easter Egg: Find the hidden skull and return it to it's body to find the Easter Egg, the ultimate power weapon! (Not findable on Forge, only Custom Games work)

Gametypes: Assault (best), Strongholds, CTF.

Snow vehicles

New snow-camouflaged tanks, man gooses, and for the first time on in Firewatch gameplay: Warthogs (snowy). Typhoon replaces regular hydra. Invisibility spawn time reduced by 1 minute. Have fun guys!

K27R updated Firewatch: Snow with a new update entry:

Warthogs removed.

Previously I updated this map with vehicles and weapons to better suit the environment.

Now I'm removing the snow-warthogs to improve gameplay. Despite this map being primarily for Big Team Assault, can't tolerate warthogs as a result of players who drive them on this map are generally unorganised and pronote team failure.

Background scenery added

Mythical Twinkie's frigate has been added to the background of the map, along with two other ships hovering in the sky.

This really adds an original Halo feel to the map, making this map feel original ( like your playing Halo 2 or something ).

I made sure to place the ships correctly so they won't distract the attention from the players while in combat. But when you get the chance, you'll feel there is so much more to this map than what meets the eye, like how Halo should feel.

Mantises added temporarily

Tundra Mantises have been added temporarily alongside the main tundra scorpians. The reason for the is because players generally act stupid with the tanks aka don't know how to stay on the roads, so I thought adding Mantises would help relieve players and let them explore the great forest with a vehicle. Note: scorpions plus mantises may overpower both teams.

Also the name of this map has been changed to Snowflake

K27R updated Snowflake with a new update entry:

Removed mantises. Moved flags. Active Camp better

The mantises were gamebrraking in the last update. They have been removed. Tanks now spawn up to 30 seconds, allowing both teams to fight on foot in the forest and think strategically (how it should be) while still compensating for the quick losses of tanks (tanks die super easy on this map).

Additionally, I've moved the flag locations to a more appropriate location. I've also introduced level 3 active camo instead of the vanilla camp.
