Map: Sniper Training 900+ DOWNLOADS AND 5 STAR RATING! This is a sniper training map made by me (ThatGuy STL) This map took me a few hours to make. It has easy, intermediate, and hard sniping locations. The locations are marked with power-ups. Easy = Blue Intermediate = Yellow Hard = Red What happens is you stand on the sniping tower while fusion coils fly threw the air. The fusion coils land in one of the giant man cannons and they fly across the map while you try to snipe them. Just try the map. i see only two problem with all these sniper training maps first fusion coils don't have auto target so you will be only good with auto targeting off and second most people stand still when doing these and then you will stand still in matchmaking and get raped
1) If you dont use it then that means you do better then those that dont 2) They can still move side to side on top of the platform.
i have (i think 3 or 4) fusion coils set there at 10 second respawns and i have the set a different heights so it will be hard to time it which is better. and to get them in the man cannon i just held it where i want it in the man cannon, saved game, ended game, restarted and then bam! you have a cannon that shoots fusion coils
here are some comments on bungie WOW Nice Job Im an expert at sniping and hope to get better at no scoping Looks fun wow my sniping has improved a lot. at first i could only get like 4 out of 10 hits now on hard i can get 9 out of 10 hits next is no scoping I could use the training, this is one of few maps with moveing targets. great for sniper training but on easy its too easy becuase you can just keep the aimer in the same spot and still shoot it but its improved my snipes. w/ love Mind Spaz
cool idea i know my friend made a similar one except that it was for no scoping. the fusion coils stand still but what makes it hard is that you have to stand on the grav lift. so what would be cool (not saying you have to) is if you made a extra hard and you had to snipe it while on a grav lift. just an idea *****
i just got back from playing and i have to say that intermediate and expert are very hard, i onnly got one on inter and none on expert. it's a great but simple concept, i guess i'm just crap at sniping.
lol Well I am making another sniper training for those that dont have the legendary map pack. I will be sure to include an extra hard.
