Hey, just made this new map, ideal for team slayer fans that are looking for something different. Teams spawn in the neutral middle ground between two *large* hills full of stuff. Only way to score is to kill inside the hill, and you'll find plenty if you explore! The Beach is first, a BR playground, but with equipment and close-quarters power to mix it up a bit. There's lots to find, but try to stay in the shade! Next hill is the backlot, with the electrical interociters (lol) to play around; barriers and boxes, lots of fun-to-get power-ups, and nowhere to hide make this area a frantic fight for those last kills. Homemade man-cannons and quick mongooses get you to the hill, adaptation will you keep you on top. Enjoy! Re: Slayerly Hills: Last Resort TSotH Sounds like a bunch of fun! For constructive feedback: Embed your links in your post (use imageshack to host them), fix the links to the pictures, and you've got a great post! Once I see some pictures I'll be able to tell you whether it looks good or not (the map). Welcome to Forge Hub, too!
Re: Slayerly Hills: Last Resort TSotH Nice concept, but you can use it better in the future, so keep forging.
Re: Slayerly Hills: Last Resort TSotH Thanks Lone, any suggestions? It hasn't undergone much multiplayer testing, so let me knowif there's any broken balance points, not enough grenades, etc. Thanks!
Re: Slayerly Hills: Last Resort TSotH By what it looks like here's what I think the game will feel like: Fight on beach. Mad dash to other side. Fight by base. Mad dash to beach. Repeat. Throw in a maze of teleporters or use a more confined space.
Re: Slayerly Hills: Last Resort TSotH Yep, that's what I was going for, lol.. I just like Team Slayer, and it's like a couple new levels within an old one, using real estate that never gets played enough, I feel. I would have done 3 hills but the budget was too low Maybe if I plan better I can get three small, fast ones, I think that would help the pacing, eh?
