Does anyone know a program or website that lets me enter a bunch of data and the probability of picking them, and it'll pick one at random? For instance, I can enter "Guardian" and "Narrows" and set Guardian to 70%, Narrows for 30%, and it'll pick one for me? I know, weird request, and I'll explain what I'm using it for later.

i honestly don't think there is one, you would be better off posting this question on the bungie.net forums, they would be better equipped to answer, escpecially since there is a chance of a bungie employee responding to it, they actually do it more than you would think. But anyway, that would be the place to ask
Get a scientific calculator. Press #Ran then press equals.. If the number is between 0 and and 0.7 choose Guardian. If the number is between 0.7 and 1 choose Narrows. Hope that helps...
I think he wants more then just those two maps... It was just an example... I tried to google but didn't really find anything helpfull, though I do remember someone making something that sounds like what you're looking for here on FH... No idea where or when and what to search for... lol
