Hello, Inuit 28 here

I found the one I'm currently using from a 5 second Google search. As I don't have Photoshop, nor the know-how to use it, I figured I could post here requesting any of you willing to lend a hand to help me get my own.

I would like it to say Inuit 28 but beyond that, I'll leave all the creativity to you!

My Gamertag, Inuit 28, is a Native Alaskan Eskimo word, pronounced "in-you-it", meaning "People" in my native tongue Inupiaq. Maybe you can find some inspiration from that, but it is not necessary.
