Debate Should we rebuild New Orleans AGAIN?

    maybe they should build it so it is more waterproof.
    that wasnt a joke if u didnt know.

    2 things:
    1. if we can find a way to destroy hurricanes, we can have no worries, to do this we would send a missile filled with liquid nitrogen into the hurricane. the nitrogen would cool the hurricane and change it to a low-pressure system, thus destroying it
    2. if not one, i dont understand the point of rebuilding, hurricane katrina hit around 3 years ago, and we are still working on rebuilding, now gustav hits, and it was stronger than katrina, at this rate, we will have very little time when everything is rebuilt and working between evacuation/returning and rebuilding

    simple answer NO

    look at Katrina 3 years and nearly nothing happened. basically the same thing after it hit

    people are too lazy or don't want to or can't rebuild New Orleans. the answer is NO

    abandon the city. its bad luck
