    Hello this is my map Shipment.

    How This Map Came To Be

    This is almost a sequel to my previous map Grimace and if you have played Grimace you will notice many similarities. As only my second "serious" map. It may not be perfect but it works. Unlike Grimace though, I feel this map has much more cover and more of a theme. Please do not think this is a remake of the Call of Duty 4 map because this map could not be anymore different.


    Background
    The background behind this map is that this used to be a shipping factory before the war. Now that the war has started, they abandoned this facility and now the spartans use it practically as a playground.


    Gametypes
    This map is compatible with all gametypes. I find it most fun on Multi-Flag and regular Assault. This map can be played on with asymmetric gametypes as well. Since this map is somewhat small, it is a great place to play some FFA slayer, oddball and SWAT.


    Weapon List
    This weapon list is somewhat unique while including a spartan laser. Although this weapon seems odd on a map like this, it actually adds a whole new level of uniqueness and flavor.

    1 Assault Rifle

    2 Battle Rifles

    1 Brute Shot

    2 Covenant Carbines

    2 Maulers

    1 Shotgun (no spare clips)

    2 SMGs

    1 Sniper Rifle

    1 Spartan Laser

    2 Spikers

    This weapon list is small but effective.

    Worktime
    Total this map took me about 12 hours to make. If this map has any problems or you have any suggestions to improve the map so GAMEPLAY could be improved, please include it in your comment. This map was never tested because of lack of testers so your comments of how to improve are highly valued.

    looks like it could use alot more design in it but otherwise you did a good job

    Looks cool and it also looks like it would be a good MLG swat game. PS your pics looks fine.
    PPS thank you for using photobucket. I think it is better then imageshack because it is more user friendly

    Whoa the pictures are fixed. Thanks for the great comments so far. What is different about MLG SWAT from regular?

    It's good other than whenever the fusion coils blow up it lags.

    That might be your 360's problem or if you played it on live maybe connection was bad because it doesn't lag for me...

    Looks like in the second picture, a person could get into a hole made by interlocking with an Open Double Box. If you have an ordinary Double Box that makes up the wall blocking off the back part of Foundry, could you switch with the Open box, so that you can't hide there? Or do you have something there to prevent hiding?

    What you can do better- on the picture the left wing I see in the corner you could of merged with map geometry to make it llok better and neater.

    That hole in the second picture has barrels and stuff in it to add "flavor" and somewhat of a hiding spot but it IS supposed to be there. And Supreme, Im not very good at map geometry merging... : p

    Oh okay, in the first picture, I saw a similar hole, but with barrels in it. I though those were fusion coils. Thanks for letting me know.

    Generic, but interesting. There doesn't seem to be much cover, however.

    i like the shape of the map and the barrel roll. The map could be a little more cleanly interlocked in some places, looks cool for 1 flag.

    this looks very well made, but the floor seems a little open. i dont kno if this was how you originally designed it, but i think a few mongooses should be present for objective games. but anyways, nice job, ill dl and check it out sometime soon since im at the dl limit =(

    It was hard to put a ton of cover but there is enough. It was only hard because I didn't want there to be too crowded. I'll play around with more cover though

    I like that you seemed to put playability before aesthetics. Brush up and polish some things, and you'll have one great map there. I see some uneven interlocking, but for the most part its sweet!

    perhaps a few more walls or obstacles for cover would serve the map well. Just dont go overboard and make it cramped.

    your name is very over used but the map is very origanal.. altho the namefits the map... dont get me wrong. good job.

    Looks like a good map but when I clicked the link I was kinda hoping for a remake of the CoD4 map... Looks nice anyhoo.
