Ship to Ship is a map a friend of mine, ceKingO86, attempted to make on foundry a while back... it didn't turn out to well. The basic concept is two rival pirate crews fight from the comfort of their ship. The main problem was that foundry was too small to make the map, so I tried to solve that problem by putting it into the Skybox. The first attempt ended up as a pirate ship attacking a cargo ship. That didn't work out too well because I ran out of ship-like objects, making the priate ship too powerful, and it was two-flag. So what you see today is the one-flag version 2 that is 10 times better. Wait... So... Are those supposed to be ships? Anyways... The forging is'nt really that good and im a bit confused on the idea of the map. A basic overview of the entire map would be nice so that i can understand the map more...
i wouldnt really call it ship to ship, but it still looks like it would have a couple fun games, not a lasting map, but it would be fun for a bit. The good thing is that most maps like this only have ships, no vehicles to drive in, i like how you included that.
They are not supposed to be ships... It is an improved version of a map that did have ships. But in order to make the gameplay work out better, I had to replace the actual "ship" with a structure. I sacrificed the more aescthetic part of the map in order to improve gameplay. The Ship to Ship V1 was never posted because it bombed during testing. This is what I did to improve it. It is still called ship to ship because it is an improvement, not an entirely new map.
