Wow, I personally like this because you dont ever see any pelican pics, and this one even has an effect.4/5 Try getting a spartan in the pic posing with a wep of your choice.I think that would make it better then it allready is.
No, putting a random spartan in there would ruin it. Try do that effect again but take the pic at a different angle so it's not as bright.
This isn't bad, but I do have a suggestion. Try to get the angel above the pelican. I think it would look better, but its up to you.
I think the angle is just fine. If you had the angle above the pelican, the you wouldn't get that nice yellow light that shines on the top. The angle is what actually makes the picture. Very well done and I give you props for not adding a spartan.
