Umm... A dragon may be. You can make the art float over blackout then hide underneath the bruteshots ina way way sio that you can't be seen with a flamethrower, then you can use the flamethrower by the mouth so it looks like its blowing fire. That would be so COOL!

a phoenix is a mythical creature, its not really like anything else to my understanding. Nice looking, I really like how you used a lot of different weapons to give it that special look. a lot of pics I've seen only use a few weapons

 

I really like weapon art, and I think this one is very impressive. If you would have gotton this floating on blackout, you would absolutely have gotton this featured on bungie, and you would impress so many people. They eye and beak is just so amazing
