Okay, so I've lately been messing around in forge trying to create an amazing invasion map, and I think I might've hit an idea for it, but the only problem is that I need a shade turret for the map. I noticed while testing it that the shade turret was red one round, the color of it in forge, and blue the next round, but the funny thing is that the only part that is changing colors is the top of the shade turret, not the bottom. Whenever the blue team is defending, I wanted the shade turret to be blue, but it was red instead even with the base being white. When the red team is defending, I wanted it to be red, but the top part was still blue with the bottom part being neutral. Is there any way to change the top and bottom parts of the shade turret to the colors that you prefer? Thanks! Here are some pictures of what I'm talking about: This is the red shade turret when the Blue team was defending. I wanted it to be blue... This is the blue shade turret when the Red team was defending. I wanted it to be red... Thanks! If anyone has a solution to my problem please tell me!
Thats what I was thinking, Mick. It could be set to 'Team Color' in the object options menu. Depending on what colour the Elites are could be dictating what colour the turret changes to, since it is a Covenant weapon. You may just have to keep it to a neutral colour, as it will probably keep switching between the two. Its either that, or some kind of glitch. But I dont know why it would be doing that, very odd.
That is seriously weird. I wish you could change the colour on purpose. Why would they even have a blue turret? When in campaign, its red anyway. Must be a glitch, since you aren't allowed to change it.
i tried changing it to be red on team and object color, but it makes the turret remain red! I guess that fixes it sort of, but I'd like it to be the color of the team since it did this cool yet confusing glitch. This is irritating! If that helps anyone find the answer to my problem, which I doubt it will, I'd greatly appreciate it!
