Nano updated Sentinel with a new update entry:

Additions and changes

The basement area is been expanded and a teleporter to get out of that area instead of heading back up either red or blue lifts at the ends. So players won't be trapped down there if other enemy is blocking those exits. The teleporters will be just a bit above the middle area of the map with 2 of the teleporters at random.
