Screenshots not saving as an image file?

for some reason whenever i try and save an image from the bungie website onto my computer it saves it as an ashx file instead of a jpeg. while i was saving it, on the menu where it asks me where i want the destination folder to be it clearly says save as type...then jpeg. im really gaving a hard time with this...i used to be able to save them fine but now i guess not. :sick:

 

i cant save it whatsoever so i cant upload them onto a site
