Last night I attempted my first signature and well, it turned out o.k., but I realized that the tutorial and style of the sig was a bit more advanced, for just starting out. So Whisper, hooked me up with another tut, and I came out with this. I think I did a much better job this time around.
I like almost everything about this, the only thing i don't like are the flames. The rest of the signature looks great. The flames seem very out of place and giveit a weird look. I think maybe if you redid it you should find some better flames to use.
I think it's a very good starting signature. My main problem is that, as already stated, the flames on the sword look weird. Not your fault though. I also think that the left side is sort of empty and would have been a cool place for some text. Maybe the render could have also been integrated into the background more by erasing some of the edges and stuff with a soft brush. Good start though. Just keep on working though and experimenting with new ****.
