This is locked because I locked it to prevent necro-posting on this thread. Download link: Scope v.2 Description Scope v.1 is my best map yet. It is quite like my other map Crouch v.2 in that it is asymmetric and has allot of cover positions and is best played with slayer game types. Scope is very clean and neat and is ideal for competitive play. I used techniques such as interlocking (objects fused together), the position and save technique. and i used the money cheat on a few objects! Suggested Gametypes I made Scope with game types such as Team S.W.A.T or Snipers in mind but I have made all game types work with the map. (except for multi flag and neutral bomb because the map is not symmetrical) Play with 2-10 players. Screen Shots I hope you enjoy the map, I worked hard on it. All Reviews good or bad are helpful for me to make better maps. Tell me what game types you played and If anything was especially bad or good; It all helps! If you want to download version 1 for whatever reason here is the link: Scope v.1.

Re: Scope v.1 looks realy interesting and original glad that you used the interlocking to make it look neater like you said theres lots of cover positions which is a good thing i can also see open areas which makes it look great you have my download ill give it a forge through and get back to you if i have anything to add.
Re: Scope v.1 Thanks everyone, I seem to get allot more feedback on here then on Bungie! Also recently while I have been playing on the map, I have noticed some re-spawn problems, the problem being that if there is 4 teams then one of the teams will spawn outside the map. The problem has been fixed for version 2 along with some different re-spawn places and a few more interesting interlocked cover features! Version 2 will go on here as soon as I get some more downloads and when It has been tested etc. Thanks again.
Re: Scope v.1 Version 2 is now finished and can be found here: Scope v.2 Here is a list of what has been improved/fixed: - Several re-spawn points have been moved and placed, which fixes a previous problem of spawning outside the map. - Several new balconies have been made, pictures can be found through the link above. This balances the map more and adds more aesthetics to the map.
Re: Scope v.1 Hello everyone, just letting you know that Scope v.2 has became the new number 1 on TriggerHappy915's Big 5! He gave the map a solid 97 out of 100, here is what he said on the map. It replaced the excellent "End of the Line" map. 1. Scope v.2 by: TDHarding (97 out of 100) Omg Pwnzer map! Really, I gotta hand it to TDHarding, he actually made a very fun, very good SWAT map. Only the best will win in this map, and that’s what makes me really love a map; balance. It’s really good looking, with smooth interlocking, and a couple nice things just put there to look good. The map is a mix of two story and ground level areas, choose your path wisely as going low can take you underneath an enemies base, and staying high can help you spot these sneaks. If you like SWAT, Team Slayer or Snipers download this map now! Thanks.
I didn't know there was a limit, I posted this before the update. Can you give me a link to wherever it says about the image limit.
Took a fly through on the map and I didn't expect it to be that small. Im thinking that Spawn Killing would be a big problem. If you ever play with 10 players on it be advised that it wont be as fun with 6 players.
Thanks for the comment, but I have played the map quite allot on S.W.A.T and Snipers and spawn killing was not a major problem. I think If a team spread apart and watched each spawning point maybe it could be a problem but that would require good teamwork/strategy which would probably happen rarely. If you really think this is a problem then maybe you could suggest a solution to the problem other than changing the layout of the map. Also the pictures show what size the map is, which is by no means "small". Thanks.
OK, I finally had time to run through this map. Very interesting. As LIGHTS said, the layout is very unique. It's still a lot more '90° Foundry' than I think it needed to be, but it does add a little something in this particular map. Here are some things that I construed as negative: 1-There's a staircase (going up to the explosive platform) that doesn't touch the ground... looks like an oversight. 2-There's not reason to be on the explosive platform. Give me a bubble shield or something. 3-The weapon layout seems a little strange, though I can tell it's what you were shooting for. I really have to play a game before I make a judgment, though. This is definitely worth me getting a game together on soon. I'll let you know if I have any more thoughts. Good job building something so novel, though.
