    Hey guys!
If you still want the OLN items, but not shown on your canvas because you may not need them, just set all of the OLN objects somewhere where it wouldn't interfere with your map, and set them to 'Place at Start: NO' and 'Respawn Time: 180'.
That way, whenever you do need the objects, the set the run time minimum to the maximum and BAM! Free objects! =)

That's actually a really good idea. I can't believe you're like the first one to think of it. ;)

Impossible. You cannot set it to NO and Never at the same time. Nice try though.

So many things is wrong with that.

1st: You can't set something to 'Place at Start: No' and 'Respawn Time: Never' (the game wont let you) because...
2nd: Forcing the spawn on something with a respawn time of never will not spawn it.

Now, isn't it a pity that it won't actually work?

Edit: Foolish me, missed the two posts above me.

Don't worry Nemi, some posts just do that to you, you know.

Where do you think the people will make the canvass glitch?

Gawd I haven't Forged in forever. I forgot all about that... =/
Well, 180 seconds just to keep it out of sight while you're Forging would work for me.
You'd just have to hide it really well, like extremely well. If not...

Oh, man it doesn't work. :(

Oh, well. It's not a big deal, but it would have been pretty cool.

I don't think it would really be THAT noticeable. They'd be fairly easy to hide though. Just put them on a level you aren't using, or if you're using all 3 put them out of sight or way the hell out of the map.

You guys aren't thinking of the big picture. Once you've finished your map, you can move all of the objects to a layer you aren't using OR simply delete them.

I would put them in the corner of the skybox, I mean they said it was supposed to be huge, right?

Or to put the objects to actual use, just use them in your map. If you need a Fin, just take one that was already on the map.

That's how I'm always going to make maps.

Yeah once the map is done the OLN does not matter. Not to mention you should use most of them in your map anyways. AS far as a canvas goes I think they should go (neatly) on the edge of the skybubble. I will definitely be making my own canvas though without the loss of any OLN. I'm also going to be one unhappy camper if I see more than 1 canvas for Sandbox. It's just not needed.

Look when you make a finished map just delete the extra objects. Really you dont need to keep them on a finished version.

That would probably be the smartest method... lol. and it won't be hard to hide the objects, honestly. there's plenty of room to hide the objects. what you don't use, you delete when you're sure you're done with the map.

I guess I will give away my canvas idea... it's simple... float all of the original items in the air on the particular level... then whenever you need them just look up and grab... lol. They will be sorted obviously, but since they are in the air they are out of your way, and still accessible... done and done...

hmmm... i like this idea. Unless, of course, the objects are in the way of where you want to put other objects... then it may cause some problems.
