Decades after a Meteor hit earth. Archaeologists have uncovered giant pieces of once jewels in the city of Voi. This map is a remake of three maps from Halo 2. Lockout, Midship, and Sanctuary all put into one! But with a few extra Halo 3 Twists and this map equals fun for people who enjoyed those three maps. I made this map for slayer ATM but i will make it into ball and maybe slayer. Now the awaited pictures! Created by LiI Shadovv and Tayums I (SP MiLLarKy) Red Base from MidShip with a few twists. Pink Tower from MidShip with a few twists. Two Carbine towers combined into one. From Sanctuary. BR Tower from Lockout with a more Blocky feel to it Top Mid from Sanctuary/MidShip Bottom Mid from Sanctuary. Snipe Spawn on top of P3. (like i said. some twists ) Jump Ups. Sort of like the ones on Sanctuary from Ring 2 to Ring 3. (twists) Custom. It evens out the Power Weapons with this well placed Custom. Remember how you could fall to your death on BR 3? Well i brought it to this map. The teles take you to the top of the map which = insta-death Overview Part 1 Overview Part 2 Overview Part 3 Overview Part 4 Map will be put in thread shortly. Looks like an overall good map, a little more cover in the open areas close to the middle, just a broken column or something. Looks like a pretty good map for objective type games. 8/10
i like it, but the reason bungie gave us killballs is so we didnt have to put teleporters to take you somewhere to die.
if u didnt read at the bottom. i cant put the map into the thread until tomorrow. my brother is sleeping and if i go on my xbox ill disturb him. kill balls are too big for the area of the teleporters.
looks good however i agree with UNSC warden, you should have used killballs instead of tele's because I don't think mlg maps have teleporters that kill you. Also, in the first pic, on the far right, it looks like you have to jump to get on top which could disrupt gameplay. I like the idea of how you combined 3 Halo 2 maps to make this, that seems original but I think this map could be made a lot better. Good job, 4.5/5 for now, a few tweeks and it should be a really good map!
we were in a hurry to make this map. yeah i know it can be made neater and i will try to in a v2. but yet again i reached the OLN so its hard to do this.
Yup. It looks like you were in a hurry with this map. Besides that, the teleporters have got to go, and besides that, add cover in the blank spots. And it would also be nice if you mentioned which gametypes this is recommended for.
Wow! I love the layout of this map. The back wall looked very hard to make. Just add a link to the map on bungie.net so it doesnt get closed.
This is a great looking map and all, but this looks strangely familiar to a map that was on Bungie vs. World. Link I know they're probably similar due to the map its inspired by, but it looks too similar IMO. Overall, a great looking map with nice bases and looks to have some flow. D/L from me.
i didnt play bungie vs. the world so i wouldnt know. and im pretty sure they didnt combine three h2 maps in one sooooo. i wouldnt compare that map to mine.
yeah i really like this map, it really makes me reminisce of those three H2 maps, (perhaps some of the best three) questions tho: how do you get to P3/ Sniper? is the bridge joined to the middle at carbine side? it looks sloppy...
to get on p3 is just like on midship. you have to jump lol and yes i know its sloppy. v2 will come and it will be a MAJOR TOUCH UP

The only thing I have to say is get rid of the tele's. kill balls are too big for the area of the teleporters.[/QUOTE] You should be able to go under the crypt (if thats possible) and place the kill balls that way it wouldnt take up as much room. And by deleting the few tele-porters that you have and changing them to kill balls you could save up a bit of cash and spend it on fixing some minor errors in the map like one of the ramps someone spotted out.
A little advice, besides my previous. I now realize that a killball can't fit, but I'd still have to say that the teleporters should be gathered more closely around the ledge players can fall off. Then it might not be as ugly.
well if i gather it to the edge people can just like touch it and die. so its better that they fall down IMO
Good map layout, but not executed as well as it could be. The wooden catwalks need to be a lot cleaner for a start, they will bump you around everywhere. Also it looks like it could be escapable.
