Salvage, a 4v4 original map

    After about a month of messing around, I can finally present to you my third map, Salvage!

    Salvage gets it's name from the theme of the map, which is a garbage depository where water, food and any other useful items are extracted from the garbage to be recycled. The map features a massive conveyor belt with garbage processing equipment, a computer control room, offices, a water refinery and a food and oxygen production centre.

    I really pushed my limits with the scripting on this map. As with my last map, it started as a bit of fun and I was just doing it for a hobby and to get my creative side active. I wanted to go into much more depth with the detail on the map but with a budget of only 1024 pieces, I was severely limited.

    Salvage could actually have some potential as a 4 v 4 arena map! The map supports Slayer, CTF and Strongholds. It has not been tested yet, so it is very possible that weapon placements and spawns need some tuning.

    You seem to really know your scripting! From the video, I noticed a bit of a dead-end in the yellow room around 0:40 and after taking the lift up at 2:10. I suggest creating another way up to the rocket or changing it's position. It would also be interesting to be able to interact with some of the moving parts on the conveyor belts.

    Thanks for the feedback! I agree with another way to the rockets, I'm just out of parts to use (and out of ideas).

    Scripts are also capped so i'm kinda stuck there.

    You'd have to try and re-appropriate piece space from others parts of the map then. I see that there are areas that thought about flow went in to, but just need a little extra.
