Rooftop Finale This map is a remake of the final part in the first campaign, No Mercy, in Left 4 Dead. I tried to make the map as exact as possible. Summary: You and other survivors have made your way through an zombie infested building and have reached the top. You call for rescue, which alarms the zombies, and they say that help will be there in 5 minutes. Objective: Survive the zombie apocalypse for 5 minutes until help arrives and you are safely escorted away. The Infected: All the zombies are the same except for the alpha zombie. The regular zombies traits are no shields, no recharge, 120% speed, and 150% jump height. The alpha zombie I attempted to make a tank from L4D. The traits are 500% damage resistance, normal shields, normal recharge rate, 90% speed, and 150% jump height. Map Changes: I added a few things the map to make gameplay easier and more smooth. These changes include: - 3 Grav Lifts place around the map in place of ladders. - Small Ledges on the sides of certain buildings for infected to climb - Zombie spawn system to get around the map. Zombie Spawn System: The way the zombie spawn system works is that the zombies spawn inside the largest building. Inside the building there is a mancannon and one teleporter. The mancannon takes you to the top of the building where you can choose where to go, while on the other hand the teleporter takes you randomly to one of the three bridges (shown in the last picture) that are under the map where you can then jump onto the map to go look for survivors. For humans if they attempt to go on the bridge they will be stuck down there (not high enough jump height to get back up) and will die from the soft kill barrier which will turn them into a zombie. This looks pretty good, but I would give the zombies a few more teleporter options. If done right, the humans can eassssssily hold them down and spawn trap them.
