RISK Board Game Ever think the board game was too slow because it was turn-based? Now you can conquer the classic board without waiting! Bridges connect the continents. Shield doors gaurd each bridge. Europe is seperated from Asia using shield doors. Each territory hosts a grenade spawn unique to it. Each bridge has a unique item on it. Teleports connect Alsaka to Asia. The rest is all swords and hammers! Conquer away! The continents are worth the following amount of territories: Asia = 2 North America = 2 Europe = 1 Africa = 1 South America = 1 Australia = 1 North America: The East: Map Gametype All of my maps: RISK Board Game Special Ops. Pirates Boarding Action 2 Battlefield Wraith Escape Death Pit Sprint
This is a really cool idea. Even though Risk is a real game.. Very Original for bringing it to a new light in Halo 3.
I think I might feel like a real nerd if a played this instead of taking out and playing the actual board game. This is a good "Halo" version of the game though. Nice job.
Great idea in turning the game into a territories map. Wall placement looks a little sloppy; but, no one really likes having to place walls.
the game is a great ideal, but i don't think that your picture's quite do it justice, but i'll check it out!
Hey, I made this game before interlocking objects was known. I am horrible at that, would anybody be interested in remaking this? A game like this I think has awesome potential. You don't even need to give credit to me, I just think there is a lot of fun to be had with a better version of this map!
lol that was a super necro-post. But as for the comment, I would if I ever get around to it. I guess I'd give this a try. Looks like a really cool map and representation of a great a classic board game. If I do remake it, I'll give you credit because with a non-interlocked gem like this, you deserve credit. :]
Haha thanks man, I hope you do end up doing it, because I am looking foreward to it! I'm also not quite sure why I decided to elevate the map above floor level . . . that could easily be done away with to make room for more objects and cash. But interlocking the walls to actually look like a wolrd map, while hard to do, would be freaking sweet!
