I was making a map, when all of a sudden i felt an urgent need to pee. Quickly, I quit the game and turned off my 360. Mid-stream something hit me. I ran back to my 360, powered it on, all the while muttering horrific swearwords under my breath, and loaded up forge. The map was blank. Dang.
I'm quite lucky so far. Worst thing probably being deleting a double box that was Budget-glitched... so now in the item menu it says I've got 4 double boxes to use, but their name is in grey and I can't select them. ..does anyone know a way to undo this?
i dropped lots of fusion cores on the ground so that they all would respawn in the same spot set the minimum to 32 so that they would explode constantly and then put a couple spawns in side of it and started inviting all of my friends online to the match they didn't get far.
I must agree, the worst feeling is... Why is it that you have to go thru 2 text boxes to start a new round, but not to end the game? Makes no sense. This is why I have a habit of saving so often. Even if I just saved and place 1 weapon, I save again. Also I do hate the deleting object that I am not holding thing. One more thing, I didn't know it ended the game after restarting the round 32 times, why is this? Also this isn't really much of an accident, per say, but more of I hate how geomerged objects don't go in the way you want it to (and usually it isn't nice and flat).
I have lost an entire map on one occasion. This is due to a glitch where if you are on a non budget glitched canvas, with items set not to start, and you save + quit. All the items set not to start will disappear, unfortunately that was pretty much everything at the time. I have had many maps screwed up by the budget glitch breaking. I have also had alot of work lost from using 'start new round' too many times and it just ends for me. Good point in that Start new round has a warning but end game doesnt.
