Ahhh, the magic of editing... But srs, that's not legit. No way. You can see it just change. gahhh... @.@
Silly Erupt, that's not even the beginning of what can be done with magic. I noticed the double lift at the beginning but then you lost me from there. I used to be a "magician" myself back freshman year in high school...it's been a while
Really? Or are you just saying that for the sake of the trick? Lol. My friend showed me this trick a few years back. He was a great magician, too bad he quit. YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.
I've grown disheartened with card tricks because of the prevalence of stacked decks (not necessarily placing cards where you need them, because that's fine, but making up whole new decks outside the standard 52). I'm still deconstructing one from The Brothers Bloom and have the beginning down pat but it seems they used a stacked deck. :C In any case, I've seen your trick before, many times, but the execution was great.
If you're suggesting that I've stacked this with extra cards, that is incorrect. It seems that you know a little something about something so I may have misinterpreted it. Thank you for the kind words (towards my video at least). Your link failed, but I found it when I quoted you. Rather basic stuff but done well. And I wasn't lying. No double lifting involved.
The 10 of diamonds is second from the bottom. Your index finger slides the King off the top of the deck revealing the 10 hence why your finger is fully curled over and towards the centre of the deck until the transition has completed and your finger is then left almost unbent at the edge of the deck. I'm not sure where the King goes though.. perhaps the floor? I also didn't notice how you shuffled the cards. I thought at first you'd be hindu shuffling (keeping the bottom card the same in every situation) but the deck isn't replaced with the 10 at the bottom anyway. I think you bookmarked the 10 with your finger though as the shuffling looks a little robotic so you knew when you'd approached the 10. A good little trick though.
the 10 card is on bottom, and the pinky slides it over and up, the pointer finger catches it and flatens it. Magnets.
Lol deconstructing it in front of the performance, which, on the internet would be right here, is probably the douchiest thing you could possibly do in regards to magic. Wait, nevermind, forgot about being Criss Angel.
Lol did he say magnets. Also, it's more or less the right way. There are some things he missed. Honestly, it doesn't bother me if you guys know how it's done. Granted it isn't exactly tasteful, but I'm not bothered. Again, more of a camera test. More videos to come if you guys like this. Also, <3 sarge and reflex.
It was a good trick, and the magnets was just a joke. The flip with the ten looked like you did multiple cards to flip it back over, but i'm not sure. Also, you held the spot with your left hand where the ten card was to know where to stop shuffling. Rainbows.
I was just guessing really.. I couldn't see anything except the index finger being a give away. I used to know a few simple tricks, but nothing fantastic. My hands are clumsy
There was tracking involved in the shuffle. Then a false shuffle. You followed it pretty well, and like I said, it doesn't bother me. I'm not a cocky magician (despite the fact that I make videos)
