Set the minumum time to the maximum. Doing this means the map has to be sure that there is that many objects on the map. When the minimum is the same as the maximum every item put on the map will always spawn.

    Try that

Hover over the item, and press X, and then press X again. Scroll down until you are highlighting "Run-Time Minimum" and press A. Proceed to set the Run-Time Minimum so that it equals the number indicated next to "Placed on Map". Press A again to set it, and then back out.

What this does is designate that there has to be x amount of this particular item on the map at one time. So say if you have 3 pallets, and set the Run-Time Minimum to 3, whenever you destroy a pallet it will immediately come back. This also works if the item is moved from its original position when it spawns. However, it doesn't work immediately. The object must first disappear off the map.

This will work with pallets and any item that can be destroyed, but is best known to work for Fusion Coils, Pallets, and powerups. Things such as vehicles, it can possibly decrease the re spawn time, but a destroyed vehicle won't re spawn with this method, until its remnants are removed from the playing field. So anything that is instantly destroyed this will work for.

No, not to the maximum, to the same as the amount placed on map...
