Ok I have 7 -rep referrals, so how do i have -52 total rep? Do mods and higher ranks get like double -rep?
The more + rep you have, the more rep (of both kinds) you can give. If you have negative rep, you can't give any at all. And what the hell did you do to get that much negative rep in 31 posts?
JJ is right. And seeming from a few things you do around here I would just try to keep it clean and not insult anyone. That is how you get - rep. If you want positive just be kind and help people. You never know... you may get it.
Your rep power is determined off of a lot of things. Like your membership, posts, or just rep in general. So if you see someone with high rep, most likely they have a high rep power. So the people who repped you must have average rep power.
